What's Included:
A 60-day, residential listing in MLS just like you would get with a full-service broker; syndicated to all national platforms such as Zillow, Trulia, Realtor.com, Homes.com and more. Photo count is limited only to what the local MLS allows.




We will enter to the MLS, the photos and property descriptions
you provide.

We'll direct callers (agents and buyers) directly to you, giving you the control to screen them, set showing appointments, grant access to your home, and negotiate offers.

Optional, regular property walks by us, with written reports and/or photos delivered to you afterwards to let you know that we’ve checked your property for any changes since the last visit (e.g. cleaning/lawn maintenance needs, downed trees, crooked ‘for sale’ sign, water leaks, unlocked doors/windows). This service continues until the earlier of closing or the end of the listing period, and is provided as an option for an additional fee.

Our availability to show your house to unrepresented buyers. Just contact us when a prequalified buyer who has no agent wants to see your house, and we will accompany them to see it.

A combination lock box to allow you to grant access to anyone you authorize. Just give them the code after you've confirmed they have met your showing criteria.
